Enrichment week for senior school

For three days of the final week of term, the curriculum was ‘collapsed’ for the Senior School and they took part in a range of activities as part of what we call ‘Enrichment Week’. The idea is that these activities are a bit different from their normal day to day routine, encouraging students to go outside their comfort zone, to learn new skills and to build their confidence. Activities included: trips to Bray Lake and the national galleries in London; combining skills in art and maths to create a sculpture based on fractals; journalism; team building; orienteering; philosophy and psychology; business skills; Spanish culture; landscaping and a trip to Reading Crown Court for a Q&A session with a Judge! Our students coped very well with all the challenges we set them so well done to them all.
